Think Yourself Thin!

Being overweight can lead to a number of different health problems, from insomnia, to depression, to gynaecalogical problems in women and more serious issues too. Some of which can last a lifetime, causing chronic pain.

Thus thinking yourself thin by beginning the day with a smile and thoughts about how good it is to be in the right frame of mind now to lose weight and to reach one's goals. It is all about positive thinking. Mind over matter wins when it comes to weight loss, keep believing your ability to lose weight and keep it off.

Losing weight which is going to stay off permanently takes time and patience process, however, your great attitude will make it so much easier to achieve your desired weight or at least close to it!

You know yourself, think logically and face your weight loss goals head on. Walk before you can run and this applies to your diet too. Don't think about losing those 20 kgs and how hard it will be.

Think yourself thin by setting little step by step goals and reward yourself after every 5 kg loss for instance. Not with food, do something special for you. Eventually you will reach your goals and the weight will remain off as you are now a positive thinker and healthy eater who treats her body as priceless as it should be.

Do not allow yourself to become stressed as this often leads to comfort eating which we all know goes straight to our hips. Keeping a container in the fridge with healthy snacks like celery, carrots and cucumber, helps deal with those little blips when you may need something to chew on. So much better than grabbing something sweet. A moment on the lips sugar wise just adds to the stress.

Grab your vegetable box or an apple and chew away.

Preferably, get to the route of your stress and do not give in to it. Go for walks, watch a movie which makes you laugh, phone a friend, write an email, anything to keep you feeling good. You will eventually see just how much better you are feeling as the weight comes off. Good luck with your new routine, we believe in you!
